Orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Saturdays and Sundays.

domestic shipping

Estimates for domestic shipments are 5 - 7 business days for transit.

international shipping

Estimates for international shipments are 7-10 business days for transit. 

​tracking notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow shipment updates available by the shipping provider.

change of delivery address

Once the order is received, the delivery address cannot be changed.

shipment damaged enroute

If a shipment is damaged, lost or missing in transit. Please refer to the shipping provider's insurance policy. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the shipping provider has completed the investigation into the claim.

cancellations

If an order is placed by mistake or error, contact info@mxthemovement.com. We are ONLY able to refund cancellations if the order has not been dispatched.
